Summed up: bought two mattresses April 27, 2025. Today, THREE MONTHS later STILL waiting for problem to be resolved.
We have gone to the store numerous times and can only leave messages- no one in their corporate office responds to the sounds of telephone ringing.
If you need a mattress we would only say shop around and typically, don’t believe what a salesperson may tell you tho get the sale. If you believe in customer service, Mattress Warehouse may not be a good fit for you
